Hi again! It’s Emily from My Love for Words stopping by to give a big welcome to summer with my Summer Bucket List Free Printable! Backpacks are unpacked, mornings are starting a little later, and if your house is anything like mine, bored kids are right around the corner. I love lazy summer days, but I don’t want them to be too lazy. A summer bucket list is like the perfect way to stay busy and make sure we do all of the fun things we were looking forward to during the cold winter months.
Because I have an addiction to creating printables and having lots of different options, I’ve actually created two different bucket lists. The first is a big list that could be put on the side of the fridge or in a pretty frame and you can mark the activities off as you do them.

The second option is done in a tear-away style. As you complete the different activities you can cut them off the paper and put them, where else… in a bucket! This is the list we’ll be using in our house because it’s fun, a little different, and it fills up what would otherwise be an empty Silhouette frame. (I also love the idea of putting the activities in the little buckets because I’m a total dork and get excited by silly things.) Here are the tear-away list and little buckets in action.
On a side note, be careful when marking things complete or putting the in the little buckets. Despite being with me all day today, my 12 year old son thought we’d some how left and fed ducks without him. I reassured him it was just for pictures. Both files also come with blank versions so you can write in your own activities.

If you like these, I’d love to have you check out more of my free printables over at my little corner of the internet. You can also find me on Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
So, I have to know, what activities are you most looking forward to this summer?
Oh I am loving this frame with the little buckets! So adorable! Thanks for the printable!
Trying to figure out how to customize the Summer Bucket List to include the things I want to do. Can you tell me how to do that? Love your ideas and website. Thank you for sharing your talent.
Mary, when you click on the download, there’s a blank copy on the second page, where Emily says you can fill in the list for your own activities! Thanks for stopping by!
So bright and fun! Thanks for sharing 🙂
How about a bucket list for Moms

I love that idea, especially with Mother’s Day coming up! Thanks so much for the great post idea 🙂
I was able to print this awesome idea. I bought both my daughters kindergarten teacher a summer bucket list journal.
