Happy Tuesday Everyone!
It’s Gina again from Kleinworth & Co. I’m here today to share one of my favorite recipes during the summer months.
Mocha Java Chip Ice Cream
I have such a love for coffee & so coffee ice cream is something that I can’t get enough of. While I typically stick with frozen yogurt when making cool treats in the summer- I just had to change things up & make this Mocha Java Chip Ice Cream this time. It’s so delicious & will certainly cure any craving for coffee. **Note- this is strong on the caffeine so it’s just for adults.
Ingredients
2 cups International delight Iced Coffee
4 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup strong brewed coffee
1 cup whipped topping
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp coffee extract
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
Directions
Add cream cheese to mixer bowl & whisk until fluffy.
Add all other ingredients except the chocolate chips & syrup- whisk until combined
Transfer to ice cream maker & churn 20 minutes
Transfer to air tight container & fold in chocolate chips & syrup
Freeze overnight before serving.
Thank you so much Melanie for sharing your space with me today. It’s been a pleasure!
