How to Make Mini Caramel Apples
To get the apples ready, you’ll need to use a melon baller to make your mini apples. I got 5 mini apples from the smaller Granny Smith apples I had on hand. You want to make sure you get part of the green in your scoop!
Stick your lollipop stick into the green side of the apple. If you have a hard time getting the sticks in, you’ll just need to cut your stick at an angle, making a point!
Melt your chocolate according to the package directions and then dip your mini apples into the chocolate. Roll the apples into the toppings you choose and place them in mini baking cups to harden. Once the chocolate is set, drizzle caramel on the tops of the apples to finish them off.
These mini caramel apples make the perfect bite-sized treat to take to your next party!
Yum!
